SKAVINJIR originated in 2018 with the mission of celebrating the golden era of hard rock/metal classics from the 70s, 80s, and 90s-bands that shaped our youth with pounding drums, guitar harmonies, leads, and some of the greatest vocalists of all time. Skavinjir goes beyond the mainstream staples like "Breaking the Law," "Enter Sandman," or "Living After Midnight," delivering powerful versions of out-of-the-ordinary ones like "Victim of Changes," "Hallowed Be Thy Name," or "Kids Are Back." Our set lists are designed to surprise and get audiences excited when hearing classics they have not heard in decades.
